10 simple ways to improve your health

can you think of some ways to improve your health?

believe it or not, you can greetly imprve your health in ten simple wys.

1  eat breakfast: breakfast gives you energy for the morning.

2  go for walking is good exercise, and exercise is neccesary for good health.

floss your teeth: don't just brush them, floosing keeps you gums healthy.

drink eight cups of water every day. water helps your body in many ways.

strech for five minutes. streching is important for your muscules.

every year, seat belts save thousands of lives.

do something to challenge your brai: for example, do a crossword puzzle or read a new book.

protect your skin, use a lots of moisturizer and sunscreen.

get enough calcium. your bones need it, dairy foods, like yogurt, milks, and cheese, have calcium.

10 take a "time-out" a break of about 20 minutes : do something different. for  example, get up and wlk, r sit down and listen to music.
